Change: AI: ranged units will not approach if they can already shoot to target
Change:WAYPOINTs: waypoints are cleared automatically if the unit could not get closer to the designated target for any reason

Waypoint one-line-marching is eliminated, so a better waypoint following logic for bigger groups

Multiplayer mode - messaging:
- if someone's turn gets skipped, than all player receives a notification about it.
- if a player steals a tech from another player the another player receives a message about the stealing.
up on server in 10 minutes.
(i had no time to test it - so please someone feedback me if these modifications are working or not - thanks.)
(AOF has the same changes since it is a engine core modification)

The waypoint thing must be reworked.
Play the multiselect waypoints tutorial to understand what i mean.
If you select a waypoint for example behind a line of hills,
Then your troop dont move around thise hills, it try to mobe thruh them.
So your army yust stand there and wait until the hills are gone (what never happend)
So pls fix that.

i tried it and they move correctly.
i think you placed the waypoint onto a non accessible point (onto a hill tile), that case they try to reach it in airline direction (because the pathfinding can not reach the target location)
