How do i unlock the Scenario In the storyline likes Heroes Arena and the other?

they are currently not avaiable. they will be avaiable when they are finished.
This is Hungary and winter is coming.

They used to be available but now they are closed for matinence

Why is it unavailable on dev version also?
Its locked in the dev version i hv
