Currently, they are too weak.
Anti Tank infantry (AT guns, panzershrek, and m1 bazooka) find themselves in a loosing battle even against enemies they are supposed to be good against... They take AS MUCH or MORE than the damage they deal, and unless they deal a killing blow, they lose. Every time.
Anti Tank cannons (PAK38, 45MM AT cannon) suffer the same way, and then some, their speed is lost, and nothing is given to them in return... they need range and damage to compensate... As they lack in speed, they need to make up for it in some other way. Or it's just better to build something else.

infantry i am not sure, tell me what to change.
but in acse of at aacnnons we started to move to havethem range 2, but we can do that if they really has more than 4000m effective fireing range against tanks - were they?

Infantry needs a higher base dmg (6) with a +50% to previous bonus
Maybe give anti tank guns spd 2 instead of range. They aren't as big as full artillery.

Or just high amount of explosion armour to both units to indicate they are hiding or at the side of the tank or too low for the tank to hit. At cannons may get much more. Current At cannons can have 2 speed.

But higher damage is also necessary for both. At rifles need slightly more damage. Current at cannons which considered as light at cannons need quite far more damage than the at rifle. The rocket launchers will be the highest damaging behind the heavy at cannons (zis 2, flak 88)
