Not exactly... Close though.

The hazmat squad uses bioweapons, these units use normal weapons, but are fast like scouts. Occupy TCs, and like hazmat, they cannot be affected by toxins.

Or if you prefer, this could just be a spec ops battalion. Lose toxic immunity.

Would go with second option, hazamts are enough of anti-chemical, and humans will have medics and medical center able to disenchant that that.
And well, that would be a good choice on rough maps perhaps. In other cases would be inferior to stormtroopers. About armors, I think they are too high.

Not needed, though weren't some spec ops covert?

Or should that be a different battalion altogether?
