Pavise crossbowman IMPLEMENTED

Cost: 4
Hp: 19
Range: 6
Armor: 1
Pierce armor: 1
Attack: 7
Speed: 3
Sight: 8
Action: 1

Same bonuses as crossbowman

Ability:
Deploy pavise: when pavise is deployed the unit will not be able to move but will gain +4 attack +1 reach and it will consume the units turn

What I meant it ask is:

Are Pavise Crossbowmen affected by the following techs?

Archer Armor 1
Archer Armor 2
Archer Bows 1
Archer Bows 2

This Crossbowman would not fit into a unit upgrade tier.

Ah yes, then its 2nd tier for the crossbow and yes its affected by tech

It must be its own unit. Only this way.
Not as upgrade of other unit.

He aint using a pavise but ill give it another shot

Wouldn't deploying pavise also increase armor against arrows (p.armor)?

How about atk +3, range +1, p.armor +2, and no speed.

Also u need two image, one for deploying pavise, which current image can fit, another undeployed version, where pavise may b on his back or raised above to make feet and shoes visible, or simply no pavise which is not recommended but easier to draw... The reference of stormsaint's link could b a good base for undeployed version

It is so cool man!! Way better than mine, just ine thing the shield doesent looks like a pavise but amazing work anyways, i like what you did with the crossbow angle, and maybe replace the mail with a brigandine but othersise it is very good!

(Should be more like geonese than ranger or longbowman)

I like it but cost may be 2 high maybe 5, even though i agree on the rest of the stats

Lower armor to 1/0 and 1/5 when pavise is deployed and it will be fine for 5 turns. Also trainable at archery range only.
