Here's the Champions.

They are basically modeled like Uruk special forces. We might as well add are own style to the Uruks besides the captain's looks.

I suggest to make images a bit bighter (to be on pair with normal uruks).
As for stats - lower cost to 5 turns, damage to 14, damage gain to +2/level.

For now it has too much damage on max level, higher than ettin.

Some units have more dmg than ettin anyway.

If you pay all turn costs to get this good why not?

Ettin gets 2 attacks any way.

This one also has 2 actions.

To those ettins each uruk champion will deal 14*2*1.5 = 42 damage/turn excluding armor. It is pretty high for base unit. And max level will deal 60 damage/turn to giants.
Add double strike and strengthen spell and it will deal 105 base damage.

Ettin has 2 range and aoe, plus 2 actions and 100 health and 3/3 armour. This units nothing compared to that.
