It looks similar in design of a Warfell building, It's great.

You know looking at this again does it look to cartoonish for AOF?

Yes, it is looking a portrait, so you must make it again, and it's skills are broken aswell, if anything with vanishing stat enter there, would just be erased since they automatically vanish when reaching 0, and for undeads that is not a big deal... That means bone golems, meat golems, other summons and any corpse left by unit would be force-erased by the tower's aura, maybe even crashing the game... So no. Think on something else. Also about that disenchant aura, i don't think that works, but if you want to keep it, i recommend it be to go back to a simple spell. That's all.

Well @Typhoon the original one who made this

As far as abilities Restores 10% health to Allies in its radius
Tower will have 2 actions and it will have only one thing it can do: Disenchant

Just noticed that Undead have 12 suggested towers.
Humans:8-9
Orcs:9
Elves:10

Actually it's 2 for dwarves. Remember the long range cannon idea that has 1 action but higher range. I think it's called the stationary artillery.

You have to look carefully. I included ones in game already but the others at the 4 aura towers, strangle root tree, and magic tree.

It tells how much turns it takes to build, put:
Turn/build:8 (lowered since it doesn't need to be that high.)

Well, they pretty much say the same thing but this is simpler until you hear back on what needs to be given mend bonus wise.

Actually turn cost depends on mend rate of worker. If this tower would be build by worker with 4 mend rate it will cost 17 turns to build and for worker with 20 mend rate only 4 turns.
That cost thing for buildings means nothing. At all. You can put on bridge with 4 hp and 0% construction/mend bonus 9001 turn cost but it will still be built for 2 turns if worker has at least 3 mend rate.

Construction and mend bonus are bonus to mend rate of worker with which it constructs/mends building.
For example if you will construct human castle with normal human worker (construction bonus there is 350%) than it will add 10+10*3.5=45 hp/action. If you will construct is with super worker that has 200 mend rate than it will gain per action 200+200*3.5=900 hp/turn.

And if unit has negative construction bonus (wagon for example) than construction rate of workers will be reduced (in terms of wagons which have -67% construction rate it will be reduced for normal human worker with 10 mend rate down to 3 hp/action).

Also almost regardless of construction bonuses and mend rate of worker nearly all buildings require at least 2 turns to built: first one just creates construction site with 1 hp. Only i think wooden walls from aos and their analog in aof (owned by scaledfolks) have more than 1 hp when their construction begins.

Same is for mending.

Finally, it was explained. Btw, some buildings in game do have cost though in their description, e.g. Stone shelter with cost 8.

Stone shelter is buildable for 6 actions if built by current goblin slaves.

Also all buildings still have set turn cost but that usually is 1 turn.
