Judging by how lizardmen have tuff scales and the fact that the brutes aren't supposed to rely to much on their armour, meh, I can change the chestplate out.

So we gonna add slowing to the bleed effect to make it different from poison? Like slowing 1+ 3 dmg/turn?

Bleeding - new affect - 3dmg/turn
I think not slowing. But can stack to itself and with poison.
Also wanted a new "posion of weakness "for snakeman Shaman - gives - 3 Attak and 2dmg/turn.
So yes Innovation comes.

This idea is looking pretty good. these guys remind me a LOT from the lizardmen in Warhammer (i love that game ). I'm liking these ideas but the stats still need to be fine-tuned and remember that we need to update and balance all of the current scaledfolks before implementing anything else.
That one guy that disappears for 6 months then comes back and keeps doing it over and over.
Have helped a lot with Scaledfolks early development a while ago, also author of Dragons Origin campaign.

ohh yea, noticed it now. that's a favorite strategy game for me, as a warhammer player it's nice to see its concept put into an unit idea

Alright time to work on these guys. It would be nice to have all elite units be accessible through the main castle building as well as any other place they could fit into.

Firstly I have no time to work in this images (too)
I appreciate ur enthusiasm so continue it. .
But this is lower priority than others, just after major changes at all race can get in and until having no fix stats for scaledfolks elite as reference can't make proper stats.
(U can try the snakeman Shaman though)
This are far not finished draft (had no time to put shade or better armor t )
Just some position reference.
Your shield must be red-deep purple too - with bone Spike - if possible.
Edit them if want.

You mean bone spike ridges? It's already got a long spike at the bottom sides that jut out.

I meant for axe, and rider if get shield to have a common race look.
Also have to decide the head style. (even or mitred with bone spine -)
For first level minimal armor is needed.

I'll probably give him spines. As for the shield brute, I figured giving him an axe and not making him look like that image entirely would take away from the copyright problems. But if you want me to give him a tribal sword then I'll do that.

-one double sword /curved blade
-one blunt weapon - spiked club - but axe good too
-one chain weapon - mail.
Rider can have spear - depends mount size
Small, big, and very big (T-rex like.)
Of course I want not entirely copied images
In average a central-America look.

We'll make him ride a t-rex, give him the ability to chomp units

Dmg:instant kill at 20% chance. I guess we can allow spell resist to affect this.
