Dwarven Dragoon

Basically the cavalry variant of the rifleman has nothing more special other than being more mobile and more accurate at hitting cavalry targets and unlike the rifleman it can't carry a shield which limits it's armor(can be a dwarven light cavalry.)

But I think it should benefit from the dwarven boar upgrade(Debatable)

1. it can confuse.
2. dragoons are even more late than our timeline.
