Also my hero must have lesser slowing weapon – the one that slows on 1 tile only, not on 3.

yes.
there is 2 slowing effects - normal slowing (-3 speed) and as i call it - lesser slowing (-1 speed).

My hero must have second one on-hit effect.

Ok, full list here

Midonik: all spells range 3.
Other than that he's a great lancer who can rip apart cavalry while supporting his troops.

Samuelch: mend rate change to heal rate.
Going to be the definition of skirmisher, very annoying to fight.

Makazuwr (ranged and melee): slowing weapon 1, not 3.
Good stats, makes a versatile heavy cavalry that can support allies wonderfully.

Ravencloak: remove aura, change to 10 power, power range 1, 6 range.
Terrifying offensive mage who can devastate enemy formations.

Ayush: balanced and ready. Seems like a jack of all trades, but a master of none as he can hit in melee or ranged, summon, and boost allies to less effective than others in each role.

Stormsaint: remove all auras, set convert to range 3.
Immovable object. He's a wall of armor covering a mountain of hp, with a 50% regeneration spell. Good luck killing him.

PussInBoots: spells need range 3, curse shouldn't need research, and lifelink needs to be a permanent, not a spell.
Very irritating opponent. Can turn your forces against you or curse them all in a heartbeat, all the while regenerating damage taken via lifelink. Ultimately weak to a decisive cavalry charge or archer swarm.

Sunrise Samurai: convert range 3, remove bonus vs buildings, reduce power to 15
Very powerful area buff, relatively competent in a fight, and can convert. Not the best fighter, but words make better weapons than swords when everything around him has +5 power.

LordOfAles: spells need range, curse needs to be free of research.
Mage tank. High hp, high armor, and can send your army running in fear with screaming or root them in place with curse. Low pierce armor, so use archers and stay back as you whittle down his hp.

Patrol: seems a little weak. Spells need range, increase armor to 4/4
Incredibly fast, he can take a small buff to many troops in a turn or race to capture a tc.

Typhoon: spell ranges, thunderstorm needs no research.
The only naval hero. Might have to rebalance him to cope with destroyer type ships high attack, but he's very effective against any navy, and can stealthily bombard a coastline. On land he's tough, but a bit lacking compared to the rest.

General Brave: going to do on another post when I get some time. He's a bit unbalanced right now.

Each one has a place, and they all can single handedly turn a battle in their favor. Against each other they really depend on the number and type of troops around them, plus the environment. Stormsaint with archers could hold a choke point forever, but patrol would win a game by capturing too many tcs early on and swarming him with superior production.

In aoww I think, yes. Not sure if it can transfer over.

@General Brave what abilities/auras do you most want on your hero? When I suggested summon green dragon I was thinking according to the old version, which required sacrificing units. The new version is much more powerful, and would probably be the majority of your strength by itself. Transforming into a dragon is a nice idea, and would probably net you lower armor, but flying, higher speed, and some breath abilities while transformed.

How about range 2 on the ap, it deals a lot of dmg and you plan to have 2 actions. Either this or bring it down to 20 dmg, 30 dmg that bypasses armor is too strong. I understand it can be cast once per turn but its still too strong.
I can bet you don't know who I am.
