HELP me. How do I upgrade UNITS!!! I've tried the upgrades but nothing happens. I get the whole path for the orc raiders and uruks but nothing happens.
Please please please help me I don't know how.

This really needs an in game explanation. The orc upgrades system requires both orcs to elite/master orcs as well as the cavalry upgrades.

It's still not working for any of the races! I've tried and bought all upgrades and researched them

So did you press the button that shows itself when you click on a building, the one that says upgrade?

Ok thank you all so much sunrise samurai was right I need the Calvary and orc upgrades. Turns out I was getting goblins lol
