Mostly, the reason I'm leaving it alone is that Ayush is waiting either way. I'm definitely going to let him move right along as soon as his next opponent comes along, but that could be a while.

There is no note from him,but I can't do anything else than wait, because even of I move-on,I still have to wait, since Stratego Vs Sunrise, and then KingLawrence Vs Loser of Sunrise and Stratego, and I guess it was the winner against me,because it is Double-Elimination.
He might be dead,or he does not want to come up anymore,I searched the full forum, but he was of nowhere.

No new developments here. I think mine and Daniel's schedules don't match well. If he's able to play as soon as I return it, I'm busy. If I'm able to play and have time, he's busy lol. Still a very fun challenge.

Yes forgive my absence, I am back for now, with reliable wifi, although I may once again go inactive on and off for the next week or so.

I took my turn against menselot. So far it is still fairly balanced, although I think I am gaining an upperhand. Fully upgraded goblin archers + buffs can be devestating.

I also have a couple zurgos with like 5-9 experience lol :)

We shall see. I just took one of menselot's tcs, and I have a very strong, numerous, and buffed force on the march. He has mostly healers and knights. He may get lucky and convert some things to turn the tide, but if his healers flop he is in trouble.

Another turn, another hard hit on menselot:

As you can see, my main army in the East is steamrolling through what was formerly human territory. Meanwhile, my zurgo's grow in strength in the west, in preperation for a shock attack.

Stratego has...... resigned??? Not sure what happened here. Don't want to adjust the brackets until I get an answer. I know the game was getting a bit large, with too many units and variables, making turns hard to take. Should we rematch on a smaller map with lower population limit to make it quicker?

i felt it as a stucked game that will very very very very slowly end on your favor.
also it seemed not right to play with this buggy cooldown thing so i had to omit animating every other turn myself to emulate cooldown.

also i had no time for the games to play (i have approx. 30 concurrent games in 3 game versions) so i resigned the time consuming/stucked ones.

grats for you! i know you are a better player so it is ok for u to win!

thanks for the good game!

Hmmm.....Quite surprised,I knew Daniel is among the kindest people from the world, and ofcourse,he is also among the busiest person of world, but I wont have any objection, since that was his decision. And his decision is supposed to be final one, anyways, congrats to both(especially SS)for getting in a great game.

Looks like I am getting closer. If SS updates the bracket, then it is Stratego V/S King Lawrence(aka Lawrence)

Will update as soon as I get time. (As in not procrastinating going to sleep)

That game was epic. I could foresee no end for about 20 turns either way, assuming neither of us made big mistakes or drastically outmaneuvered the other. Daniel almost did that with death knights too. Still not sure who would have won myself, but I guess I'll go with his decision (though I'm inclined to think he would have won if it went on). I'm very happy to have played that match. He forced me to discover new strategies on both sides.

Also, Daniel is crazy. 30 games, a job, a family, and programming for us? Is he a machine or something? I don't know how he finds the time.

It's so amazing to see. Well, is it possible for me to change the race for this game? I want to play for elves. Also, the map I want to play is island 30x30. What do you say Sunrise Samurai?
