Alphas make the grunts, greys are the "mages" with the phrase psychic power to replace magic.
Example: AoF lighting storm is reskinned and named "psionic blast" as an offensive skill

Grey's could be the pilots, and constructors as well.
Alphas get to act like laborers in the buildings role, except they are have better mend rate because they are efficient at it.

For explanation purposes, it was discovered that a psionic connection to machinery/vehicles means better control and faster response times, plus a higher range of sensory input. Essentially, psychics make better pilots.

Alphas should be infantry and workers,greys will be psionics (but I thought about more supportive spells-see grey psionic topic), some sort of combat engeniers and pilots.

Good grey psionics
Good vechicules in two variants:
"Alpha" vechicules: Fast,mostly to transport infantry units

Well I DID, but on Discord not forum. And the concept was quite similar, they are meant to be "space racists", I think that enslaving other races will be good for that.
