I can't say I've used gargoyle much. I've found death knights and spectral riders to be much more effective use of mansion production. Death knights, with a helpful fireball skill to clear massive areas to raise quickly, and spectral riders as a unit with raise dead that doesn't die as easily as lich. Yes, I know these could be made in dark alters just as easily, but I'm still more impressed by them than the current "castle only" options. I don't think an upgrade tech would change that much.
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

Thats why i thought gargoyles need an upgrade,to make them more versaile(is that the right word?)because they arent used that much

I think that we might improve the basic gargoyle instead.

Meh. I think it just needs to be better in general. If you have to upgrade it to even care to use it, I don't think it's going to get used even with the upgrade. It could​ probably just get the stat boost without needing a tech.

My opinion is that Gargoyles must have bonus agains siege machines and giants,lets say:600%

Well, they are supposed to blend in, so maybe invisibility? It could help them to reach buildings and start smashing before the enemy kills them off.

I don't think it needs a bonus against giants. It was meant to be a siege unit and it should become good at his role.

If you make gargoyle worth the cost people will use it. Daniel want to reduce the presence of upgrades so i would avoid doing many more for undeads since they are based on a different logic than humans and orcs.
