King unit too stronk? IMPLEMENTED

I've been playing a bunch of AI maps now, and everytime the AI play human, they rush archers and then spam "Kings." This unit is unstoppable. Particularly as an Orc player early game. I have tried throwing everything at it, it clobbers spearmen, pikemen, Ettins... It has way too much HP and hits insanely hard.

Why does the AI get to spam this unit? Shouldn't a king be a single unit? And really expensive? How are they able to have 3 of them by turn 9?

Does anyone else think this unit is overpowered?

Wait... King unit should be unbulidable!! Its for campaing!!!

That was a quest unit. This is a bug for sure
