The mace is 33 pixel wide
reduce its lenght by one single pixel or it won't be ok for the game.
II like more pants but try making the hem ripped like for the skirt.
Also you should use some more shading overall (you can use existing image as a reference)

You need to go in your image details and the image must not exceed the 32 pixel in width and 64 in height (at most, but usually we don't go 64)

Btw the 2nd club stance isn't bad but you need more shading to make the club more different from the shirt

i use Pixeltouch on my phone, my computer has broken... need to fix it. pixeltouch is not a propesional tool it has no shape tools and resize tool.

What extension are the files you work on?
For example photoshop has psd files.
If you post that file i can edit it with photoshop and give you the resized version

Can you import directly a png and edit it?
Does the program use layers?
Btw i would suggest you to make the ogre legs less straight but you might change its stance and make the space within his legs wider (for example like the troll), so the image would be less tall

I might have an idea for these but I'll have to wait and see how things turn out before proposing it.

Just a thought, why don't we make these auxiliary units instead that have mountain walk 1 and might have own upgrades but can only be accessed through the stone fortress. They would be having units like:
Ogre Gaurdian (mace and shield)
Ogre Warden (ranged spike ball thrower- short)
Ogre Enforcer (warhammer)
Key thing is anti armour.
They are not giants.

Idk about whole line of units which are anti armor units.
There is a lot of ways to bypass armored units:
1. Unit with higher damage.
2. Unit with bonus against that unit with armor.
3. Offensive magic.
Imperial knight despite of his highest armor among all cavalries is easily one hit killable by many upgraded pike-type units.
Imperial shielder is easily killable by cavalry. Extremly easy.
There is a lot of ways to bypass armored units:

I made them in the thought of a use for them as anti armour... And to fill some empty space in the Stone fortress. Each race has a unit that is made specifically for dealings with certain races. These being pointed toward dwarves, trolls (high p.armour) being directed toward elves, hamletback being directed toward undead (actually it's more like all goblins or aoe units) Uruks are meant to take on positions that average orcs can't take, ettins are a castle breaker, the such. The average orc and goblin are meant for battles that don't really require much of the above, or in other words, small maps. Other races have similar bases for units.
If you want we could make one an anti giant instead.

1. Orcs specifically don't need anti armor units. Some other races such as undeads and humans maybe (MAYBE, i am not sure yet about htis idea!) can be allowed to have such units. But not orcs due to their already insane damage dealers.
2. Again. I don't like idea of anti armor units in general. Especially if unit with high armor is ship/flying/cavalry. Should this anti-armor unit do more damage to for example imperial knight? And to drake knight? Or to ghost vessel? Or to imperial flagship (it will be most armored ship of humans)? If yes than please explain how this unit can strike so hard to destroy ship or to hit with full damage flying units.
3. I think that actually would be better to lower spell resistance of all units so there would be no 100% spell resist units (exept unique, campain only and heroes).

Maybe just 3 melee units of 2 melee and one short range unit. They are auxilery units and not giants so new stats for each would be made.
They will be for stone fortress and would have 5 cost maybe so they would be made as such. 1 unit would have bonus to armoured infantry only, 1 has bonus to giants, 1 has bonus to infantry but has short rng (3), but has and 1, they may not get upgrades or at least not now get upgrades.

Hmm, just remembered something. What if the ogre with a club just did damage like sword units? In reality it is a common misconception that everyone back then knew how to use a sword none the less own one. The club, bow, and such were easier to make and wield for the average soldier and thus most of the armies was made up of clubmen for melee. No bonus to armoured units but just a special infantry to cross mountains and such with a shield. The warhammer can be switched with an axe and just make him some 2 rng, no aoe unit or close range aoe unit, the ranged one could just remain the same, maybe make him a slinger instead or something. They must remain auxiliary units though, we could remove armour too and just leave that in upgrades like normal orcs and just make their hp and attack slightly higher. Mini megas should have units that can be used that aren't in any other area and also be considered good resistance in case the enemy is trying to take a point.
