Some your units can't pass through some old rome units(e.g.triarii and principes ).

- cavalry has bonus against: maceman + teuton
- disbanded knight receives 3 turns from a moneyman
- laborer gains from ambidextry and has nice mending action.

The Roman Garrison produces NOTHING.
Concept was it produces Roman units.
So auxilia and exsiting.

Oh yeah. Daniel can you edit the json of the Sagittarius and the stats in the file for the Centurion and Legionnaire.
