Slinger Tower Unaffected by Construct Road ANSWERED

Had it in MP when I had completed a slinger tower, it couldn't allow worker's construct road on it.

Another one is that units seem cannot pass through it, because in the same match my worker had to rotate its way, couldn't move straight through slinger tower.

Being unaffected by construct road is intentional.
Slinger tower can be build in forests and on hills, so such option is out of question.

The same goes for movement through.
If it allowed movement then it would need to be much pricier.
