ok i made the first tests, seems working,
please someone(s) make a few tests too with DEV versions.
i have not checked skipping / kicking that also needs testing.

ok, i made a few tests and seems working.
i emulated that someone takes his turm after many "skips" and seems working (he can not upload old version, and game forces to download the new - where he can see if he is kicked or not.
i made a fix for this to work so new version is uos already.
any testers?

Campaign map bugfixes:About 150 campaign maps have been fixed by upscaling the units stats on the maps to compete to the upscaled AI units
Multiplayer bugfix:The repeating turn bug is hopefully fixed
Help section:On stat sheet of technologies you can see which units are affected (if a tech unlocks units, or unit-abilities)
