they are gonna be late medieval units, militia will be renaissance and later units
each faction will have their own levy and militia units (bardiche levies for russian for example)
england will only have pike levies: unarmored, with basic pike.

i know we have lots of archers sprites, we could use one of those for bow levies...
btw all leavies must have the same style, the same for militia...so player can identify easily those characteristics

Imo the hp is too high. It should be one shottable by almost everything since they were weak, untrained and not well equipped. Lowing the hp to 9 should suffice as a 1 turn unit.
