Factories and improvement buildings should - ANSWERED

I was thinking that smiths and Advancement center should stay in a separate tc counts instead the same of factories.
Right now the same happen with castles and it seems to work pretty well
In some maps we have few tc's so it would be a waste to build somethinkg different from a factory.
With that modification you might build a smith and an advancement center in every map (and make the advance center actually useful).

No one will build 7 blacksmiths. Maybe (if they must be separate from 'factories') the count is always 1 per 3 tc or something.

what about 1+ 1 for every 3 tc's?

gets too complicated, and also it is part of the strategy to decide if u have time to research or not, and to destroy blacksmith on need to build factory.
