I am so annoyed at how buildings like barracks are shot down in three turns by archers... It makes no sense.

I think you should increase armor, health and pierce armor of those buildings and also increase turn cost to make it up.

i agree, any specific suggestions?
(i suggest increasing only the pierce armor - but tell me what u (all of you) think)

I think its good as is my self, masonry solves this problem I've never counted how many archery shots it takes to destroy a building because after 4 or 5 shots I move on they are just to strong, you could get wiped out just by trying to take one down

Is this for producing "factory" buildings? Will we need to raise the cost or balance the other structures when we change this?

I actually like weak buildings, but if we must make them strong, they should take at least 5-6 turns to build.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.

I just want it so archers can't destroy it in like 3 hits or so. 2 armor and 5 pierce armor for 6 turns.

my suggestion is start with smaller change like smaller pierce armor - but changing nothing else.
i would try 2 pierce armor and changing nothing else.
later we can modify if this dont work properly.
