I Will be thinking of one for elves that would be another summon based one but a bit more stronger. Right now basing a tower off of a races specialty would probably be are best at to go if making a special tower.

Ignoring resistance covert seems like something too strong. Maybe with a 4 turn cooldown and cost of a about human's fortress it would be acceptable.

I like idea actually but not for tower. Instead i wanted to see posession ability for banshee with self destruction.
So she will become sort of mummy but converting one. Also she can't posess 100% spell resist units.

What about shade instead? Right now it only is good for sabatoge.
As for tower it was supposed to be like the fortress. When the goblin tower comes in, I expect the stone shelter to be put like the fortress as well.
Besides this, I originally thought of just making it summon a ghost that can possess its target on sacrifice of its own life. It would have a cool though.

Why not for a banshee?
They are actually known for posession properties sometimes.
Of course not as initial ability but instead as researchable one.
As for this tower instead i suggest for it to add s"oul hunting" aura that will affect all flesh&blood units (including your ones) in wide range dealing them passive damage and reducing armor while they are inside its aura.
I think 6 armor-ignoring damage + substraction -1/-1 armor in 7 tiles from this tower will be good enough.
If you'll agree than stats must be raised a bit but no carry capacity for tower.

That could work.
As for possession the shade lacks any other form of uses besides sabatoge, and an only be used through the crypt. The ability would still need research but who gets it is another story.
If anyone else wants it for the banshee though then we can give it to her. But we would still need a new topic for the ability as well as a tech and ability image.

Should we maybe lower range to 5? It does effect every unit within range, and do you mean living flesh and blood units because undead have undead ones. (Zombies, vampires) I don't think this could effect dead things.

They cost 2.
Have no attack, are invisible, can go over water.

I don't like this for shade becuase it is invinsible.
As for ability of tower zombies are undead units as well as vamps. But this ability will affect the veil cultists.

I don't like idea for this exact tower additional abilities as addition to aura. Any abilities.
Only aura (this aura is actually pretty powerful because it will ignore spell resist and armor of enemies but it must be non-stackable).
If you want summoning tower for undeads i think it is not nessesary because they already get many intresting and powerful tower suggestions:
Corrupted clocktower
Bone pile (buildable grave digger)
Don't remember name but tower with raise dead ability.

Necro tower I believe, but yes the aura is quite powerful alone, it should be fine with some stat adjustments.

Armor - 3/10, can't burn (spectres prevent all fire of tower alas all units with burning will do bonus damage to it).
Sight - 7 (can see invisible — souls feel everyone!)
Spell resist - 100%
Carry capacity - 0
Construction rate: -10%
Mending rate: +50%
Can't be built in forests.
Abilities:
Soul hunting (aura) — deals 6 damage/turn and substracts -1/-1 armor from all flesh&blood units (including your own and allies!). Range of aura - 6 tiles.

Soul harvest ability sounds more like hp draining in my opinion
how about it will drain 5 hp with duration of 5 turns and another 4 turns to recharge that ability
of course effect will be non stackable and will be great for protecting important objectives

Uhm. Souls from this tower hunt flesh&blood units always. They don't need any spell/ability/cooldown and because it is aura. But they can't fly far away from tower and because there is range of aura.
