Honestly been thinking that for awhile, even a small change as in changing the color yellow to black and put on the top a skull flag or something.
You also opened my eyes to think of a undead ship. Only 1 considering they can already go across water.

Transport one?
Not all undead units can move through water: their casters, death knights, vampires in their normal form can't move for example.

By the way would a Kraken fit undead or orcs because some sources have them working with undead, on the other hand they could be another orc aquatic unit.

Maybe make it a stone skull that has its eyes light up when occupied and maybe put some tropic trees on it with an eerie fog. You could put team colour on a pirate flag if you want.

Do you have to download a certain program to make sprites? That should be put in somewhere so people know what they need to get rather then keep asking.

Well it seems to me it's getting there, add a bit of sand in front of it unless you want to make the skull kind of like entrance.
