What's stats, Since they don't have any blacksmith upgrades nor any other upgrades that would make these units too op I don't see a problem with having this archer. If there is any other controversy with this you could always not give it a power range and just make it have armour piercing. And maybe you could give him fear arrows if it won't be too much and maybe 5 range since undead aren't supposed have good ranged and then you could probably balance the rest with the phantoms and imperial crossbowmen. To me a second ranged unit to the undead in a elite pack makes sense since they are supposed to be elite versions of the basic starter units. Don't need a cav because the death knight basically took that role. Btw are they going to be added to the mansion?

Heck you could probably give him the stats the imperial crossbow men started out with and probably just raise his life and cost, you know something like
Cost:5
Hp:30
Atk:10
Rng:5
Sight:6
Arm:3
P.Arm:3
Res:100%
Act:1/1
Spd:3
Same bonuses as imperial crossbowmen whatever those are.
Abilities:
Fear weopen? Yes or No
If yes then 20% chance? Unless you want it instant or different ability?
No power rng, if applied or none at all. (Preferable)
Since they don't have any upgrades to make them as good as the uruk archer x3 or imperial crossbow men at his max, and since the elven elite archer also benefits from elven upgrades I don't see this guy being that much of a problem in terms of undeads horrible ranged units. He'd be at 5 range while uruk will be at 9 as well as the elf, and the imperial will be at 8, with his power rng added mind you. By this it's pretty even to me.

Chances to cause fear sounds interesting and helpful when dealing with dragons

Plus it won't be like banshee's scream which only works if the target has any res below 100%. It could basically make up for the lack in rng and p.rng.

i am thinking about different upgrades for phanoms and as a part of whole undeads upgrades.
I won't spoil much for now before we will update elves though.

No they won't be blacksmith-like upgrades. These ones will be different, special upgrades for each unit.

More like reach upgrade of humans affects only 2 units similar is here but with different targets and different effects.

Maybe I should make some campaign maps? But I need that Phantom crossbowmen or its just going to look weird with phantoms having imperial crossbowmen. At least make it a map editor unit until elves get their sentinels.
