Wood Shaper - IMPLEMENTED

An elf that only have spells to grow nature. This elf unit can grow elf spiked wall, a tree for makeshift walls, and the elf bridge. The elf nature shaman can also raise the tree to make it bigger (stronger wall).

There already is the druid that is mostly a nature shaman.
Try another name

Anyway, is it like a worker? (permanent building?)

I suggest amonge the other spells to place the following:

Forestwalk (cause he can shape the wood to make you pass through)

Entangle (debuff, aoe, enemy units affected have to pass a check with that % 100-(target attack*5), if they don't pass the check they can't move until the next turn (they can still attack)) Imade this for my ranger unit that you can find here:
viewtopic.php?f=86&t=2201 and it would fit well for a unit that can shape plants

Well how about:Entangle, Growing Trees (make all plant stuff like ent and spiked wall stronger), and Bridges? This unit will give elf a little more naval power too because of the bridges.
I change the growing tree ability to make elf witch ent summoning ability useful,

Entangle is a control spell. it shall be good to block large amounts of basic units
Also it might have a spell to summon plants like portable walls to stop big units
About the buff i think it might add damage to ents or armor to buildings

A decent idea, the point of this unit is too stop enemy troops from advancing

Yes, it is the unit meaning. We might also consider giving it a heal spell, maybe one made for wooden units

This way we have the elven counterpart for healer that can support by creating bridges, controlling the field and healing

I think the animation is too slow but I like the stats and the spells.

The Animation is definitely a improvement. But maybe the Blue glow from his staff should be Green?

we can not spawn different units with one spell, we need specific spells for that.
what does "max hp by 5" means?

also any cooldown here?

He mean that you can increase maximal health of those units,not spaw them.
