Produces workers, wagons money lenders and some other units at present only produce able at tcs

I dont think it will be very useful. I would rather build another barrack instead of building this.

Sometimes you need a lot of transport and workers for making and shifting things faster . Maybe this structure can reduce turn cost of workers or make 2 of them together (maybe)

Although this sound like a good idea, I cannot honestly say that I could see myself using it.
