Quick Bonuslist from Selecting a Unit

When selecting a unit, it will also show a bonuslist of the unit. It will help player to not open the full (sometimes long) list in the full description to calculate the total damage again. It will also clarify a unit type.
Look like this.

The shield is race icon. House symbol is building. Gear symbol is mechanical. Sword symbol is hand infantry. Bow symbol is ranged infantry. Horse symbol is cavalry. Bird symbol is flying. Warship symbol is ship.

I really think this is needed. Some more things can be added. Effect on attack (poison or burning icon), owner's name and his team, and active buff plus debuff

I do agree that this would be one of most useful features for heavy strategists. Clicking on unit description and scrolling all the way down is getting very, very tedious. Especially if it has to be done every minute.

I do agree, for people like me who don't bother memorizing every stat of every unit and their bonuses, this would be very useful.

Why not make it toggleable in options? That way people that don't want it on screen can turn it off. Space isn't a problem, perhaps even make the image smaller.

We can shrink the images to 8x8 pixels and then put them inside the info already there. Otherwise use those smaller images besideds selected unit with good amt of transparency and an off setting.

Actually, the real problem with unit bonuses is that sometimes it's a long list and contains few units which are hard to categorize.
So how to place single units in bonus list? Let's try to fit bonuses for cannoneer (after some revising and category unification): +100% to buildings and siege machines, +500% to spaceship, +150% to siege ships, +200% to fortifications, +700% to mega buildings, +1500% to castle.
OK, we can skip spaceship, but what about the rest?
How to place that many bonuses?
How do we make castle icon, so it wouldn't look like mega building icon?
How do we know which units we have to make icon for if bonuses can change for strategic need? Do we have to make one for every unit?

Well there was a damage calculator planned, so maybe we should drop this and pursue the more efficient UI option.

That is why we plan to remove generic bonuses from units and leave only specialised ones for anti-units in aof.

No. Pikemen, skirmisher and such have specialized bonuses. They are specifically designed to be anti-something and they are not so common units.
Generic bonuses are like "non anti-cav cavalry has bonus to all infantries" or "all archers have bonus to all infantries" or "most regular infantries have bonus to buildings".

The reason for removal of such bonuses are next:
1. We want to make all buildings more tough and not one shottable by basic infantry in aof;
2. Alex wants to go logic-wise bonuses and because for archers he wants bonuses to all unshielded human-sized units. If unit has shield than no bonus. This means that most cavalry, archers themselves and many more units will become much easier killabe by range. Other variant is not giving basic archers any bonuses at all and define only via armor and dodges.

lets not talk about it here, it is off topic here, i have talked a lot with Alex about it, and i not suggested to make differentiation of shielded or not , that should not be defined with bonuses or ack of bonuses - that is a simple bigger "armor" setting. (shilr -> bigger armor value).
this was one thing to "simplyify" the planned complexer bonus setup - i do not suggest to have many kind of bonuses only the "must" should be put by bonuses (eg. an extra shield thing have its own property already)

We actually want to lower amount of bonuses and keep them only on specialized units.
