No fight mode for starting turns

I was thinking of a mode that allows players to set a certain amount of turns where they can just prepare for the fight without worrying for other player attacks. That would allow players to fortify, upgrade units or produce their army.

That would also limit the downside of spawning in the middle of the map cause you have generally no time to strengthen before being vanquished by other players.

Sounds nice, but I don't think it completely resolved the problem because the middle players still need an army for battle. The problem was that two combined forces could easily year apart the middle player. The enemy could still rip forces of the middle player altogether even if they have a proper line of defence.

It is true but that would help a lot imho.

This is a good idea I think, and probably very easy to implement from the sound of it.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.

I believe it should be 5 turns min. 15 max. That should give players enough time to prepare, and if it were 20 I think it would be too long of a wait.

I don't know if it will change anything anyway unless you are close to some one. lol

Actually i think that this (if only as option) would help me to fight with DoomCarrot in my first two matches...

Because this feature wasn't implemented yet I was able to defeat two players quickly, wat if two cavalry tried to takeover one town, then one wouldn't let the other go of the other got town first. If this feature was implemented u wouldn't b able to do anything to the player who got the town faster, even if u had lancer and he had light cavalry, so no there r too many conflicts of interest and I wouldn't let the other player get away with that town without a fight
