Gives mounted units a 25% chance to spawn a dismounted rider (eg. knight to foot knight) on death of the mentioned unit. This would require some coding and a lot of new unbuildable units, but it would make the game more realistic. Give your opinion on the topic. The tech should cost at least 7 turns.

To sum things up, a foot unit might spawn on death of a mounted unit after researching this tech.

It shouldn't be a tech, it should be simply there.

How much HP should new knight have, full HP? Or 1 HP? Or 50% of max HP? It obviously gets some damage after falling off of horse

i think the knight after falling off should have 10 less hp and light cavalary should have 5 less
4 less dmg for the knight and 2 less for light cav.
hussar: 10hp less. 5 less dmg
hun. hussar: 7 less hp 3 less dmg
camel rider:7 less hp 4 less dmg
Heavy Knight and Elite light cav. should have the same decrease as normal

The less dmg because when they get an advantage when mounted.

If i forgot about any unit tell me.

That would be a huge buff for any cav. units

Im still not convinced that it doesnt make cav op.
The dismounted knights should be very weak.
Maybe if it is an ability? When dismounted movement -2 and a change of boni?

i don't like idea of dismounting for every cav unit in the first place.
