Sheltering buildings

If you invent this tech than all building will be able to heal your units (at small healing rate, eg. +5hp/turn)

+5 hp is too large.I think +1~2 hp per turn is ok because town heal rate is only +4.


I think units only get heal when they are only inside buildings.(prop. like guard towers)

Building
Units originally heal rate>0 =heal rate no change
Units originally heal rate=0 =heal rate +1~2

I have similar idea.

Where would this be researched? In the Church or the Tc or advancement centers?

I think advancement center would be best.

I like how about the technology makes tcs heal at rate of 8 and buildings 4?

Hmm, miht be a bit op, maybe 6 or 7 in tcs and 2 or 3 in buildings?

Or just make it an expensive tech. :)

So with, say, 8 turn price you can research in Advacement centre: "All your buildings (even present) get +2 to their healing ability". Thus TCs go from 4 to 6, other buildings go from 0 to 2. Sounds good? How much do towers heal currently?

As a picture I envision image of barracks with healing symbol in the corner.

now the engine is capable to give % healing instead of fixed hp values.

To the effect or to the unit? So are you saying one can now raise healing abilities of a tower by 20 % instead of by 3 points or that instead of healing 2 points you can set buildings to heal 30 % of unit max hp?

tha latter so: you can set that a unit/building can heal 30% of targeted ally unit's hp by a ability.

but yes, i mean by only a new ablility the healing of a building is not like that - so it does not count, forget my comments then.
