It gives all +1 move to all woodcraft unit and chariots for moving out in gate cost 6 turns or 5

It should be researched in advancement center to give the advancement center more use

Good idea, but I'd change the name to either "Wheel Rounding" or "frictionless wheels"

This tech should be in advancement center and researched for 8 turns to give 1 more movement to all wheeled units such as wagons(maybe not), chariots, battering rams, seige mantlet, hwacha, catapults, canon, and ballista. Trebuchets don't have wheels.

Really. I don't wanna see 4 speed rams. They are fast enough as they are (that would be 9 effective range with wagon). Heavy catapult being more mobile is also not a very good perspective.
The only thing I could agree to is chariot. They were not really slower than cavalry, nor that much less manuverable - they were just more restricted by the terrain (while having good wheels).

Agreed, +1 speed to seige weapons would be drastic.
Still: Advancements center researchable
+ 1 speed one for chariots and mantlets

Change: Not for every wheeled unit.
- 6 turn cost

I suggested before 3 variants of updated wagon:
Faster - +1 speed;
Bigger - +1 carry capacity;
Armored - +some armor, is not burnable.

Off-topic. I agree with Endru that chariots need a speed boost though, they are currently underused.

Yes, chariots are underused also siege mantlets could really use the speed buff.

what about blacksmith researchable? since other chariot techs are in blacksmith? may we should reduce cost of spacious and wheel blade tech to 3
