This seems like an interesting idea.
Those units are all quite weak, but good at finishing targets, attacking even weaker units.
Nothing special for the cost of 2.
But, when luck decides to finally get chosen - all units become ferocious.
To increase the effect aura could even be slightly stronger. It can be always balanced by lower chance of xhosen appearing.

This should have its own upgraded version in primitive barracks, like the upgraded auxiliary crusaders. Eg. Elite zulu warrior (warrior), Zulu champion (chosen warrior) , Zulu headhunter (spear).

But the idea that each unit is weak but good for killing light inf but there's a chosen warrior that buffs them is a good idea, but adding "elite" units makes it harder to get chosen warrior and makes them not needing to have a chosen warrior since youll have stronger units. Except if stats are still weak tho.

Imo it doesn't really matter since most of the zulu warriors I saw from google has a shield.

I remember a definitive primitive unit role focus unit,for exemple aztec units have only focus to damage most light medium units and anothers,zulu tribe i planing to be runners and stealth units with low hp,no armor and no bonuses gains flesh and blood,but he have fast to produces,runners,anti archers,some bonus gains light troops,stealth units(not all) and the "caster" of the group have some ability to increase troops +2 of dmg,reduces for a while maximum enemy hp and a aura that increase the sigh for +2 stealth zulu unit.
I need more time to thing about.

Imo it doesn't really matter since most of the zulu warriors I saw from google has a shield.

Is true,i forget about,most of zulu army have a sheild afterool the sheilds are unseles gains bullets but any way.

I need to re balanced stats for this units,zulu are weal but stealth and fast troops.
