istn there a way to start the tournament and if later someone wants to join he can join into the middle?
if there is no such format mybe we can come up with.

eg. joiner will clash to some player or all (if we dont have much players) to show his position in the tournament.

That would make stuff harder. I have seen him around, I don't know why he didn't check forum. We will wait a bit more.

in general these tournaments will need that flexibility to let new players in, remember here a single match can last 2-3 weeks! very likely that someone would join.
so this classic waterfall thing is to brittle for that.
but we can go this way, i suggest it for future tournaments - if someone could find a site with such flexible "tournament" managing, that would be cool!
