can't attach pictures ANSWERED

So I wanted to attach a picture and then I got this writing:
" Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached"
What does it mean and how do I attach a new image again?

I tried deleting some older attachments but I still can't upload the new ones. It says the same thing

I think that means that the file size is too large

No way, its only 0.38 KB, and 32 * 32 size

Okay, we will raise the board limit. Please also help us clean up! We want to keep the image attachment primarily to post new unit images. If you have large screenshots of games, you can post them elsewhere and link them here.
If you have old game screenshots, you can help out by deleting them from the forum
