Aimed shot issue ? IMPLEMENTED

The standard elf archer ( 2 turns )have aimed shot without studing it . its was made this way or its a mistake ? When i research aimed shot i dont see any unit using it except the archer mentioned

No, they should have it grayed

by the way precision shoot and fencing are like critical blows ? because i dont see stat changes in the elves with that techs.

they just increase the minimum damage dealt
