honor campaign - no gems for completing UNCONFIRMED

I have completed the honor campaign (newest campaign) in age of fantasy but have​ got 0 gems. I have earned about 30 gems.
i have received this error report, has anyone detected such problem? please someone check and feedback me -thanks!
