Medics can join other combat infantry squad. This will give the squad regeneration, but the medic dies.

The regeneration will be the same like when medic heals?

medic sacrifices himself, and adjacent ally gets a permanent regeneration aura i think

Nah, this should just be an ability amongst all normal, homogeneous infantry squads. I don't like the idea of sacrificing a medic meant to heal just to achieve the same affect.
