Fortified Ability for Infantries

Allows Infantry to consume an action to fortified itselves. Fortified infantries can't move and gain +6 armor and +6 explo armor.

It would be better if we made sandbags or trenches to fortify infantry.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
