What if there could be a tech that would allow you to see the outer vision of the enemy, allowing for surprise attacks and secret movement!

This tech really isn't worth that many turns to research. You can always calculate their sight distance, and both methods require the enemy unit to be on your sight anywas.

This is how it works, you would be able to see the enemy's outer vision not their in sides if you know what I mean.

This tech is pretty powerful actually so i think 12 turns is fine.

Me too It allows for a lot of under cover moves, something I do always.

Also you could suggest knowing sights and movement of units what units has your enemy.
