Special Trait for Each Nations

German:
-Tactical Radio=A commander tank unit to boost attack and speed. (group attack, can simulate Blitzkrieg)
-Well Equiped infantries= Stronger infantries and more expensive (but in the late game you can unlock cheaper ones)
-Smart German Scientists= Cheaper Techs (really help the Versailles disadvantage)
Weakness:
-Treaty of Versailles= Need to research specific techs to unlock new units.

American:
-Strong Espionage= get the spy unit
-Good Supply Line= Build buildings and mend faster
-Bountiful resource= Can produce vehicles, ships, and planes faster
-Lend Lease= Maybe?
Weakness:
-? any idea

USSR:
-Total War= Can afford two more factory than the Tcs can provide (a new unique building soviet factory)
-Tons of Manpower= Produce infantries faster
-Russia Winter= Can withstand the cold winter object effect better
Weakness:
-Shortage of Skilled Worker= +1 cost of every units produced in factory

It was revolved around USA neutrality, but I think that instead they could have malfunctions or breakdowns for mechanical units, which can be reversed by infantry. It should happen often like 20% of times each turn after the first.

Nice idea to list it!
Espionage: there could be spy units, that can steal techs (we need common techs like radio (btw we need image for it) and heavy contruction already) also they can sabotage production like in aos.

Tactical radio: it is not good changing stats, will cause misunderstanding, lets have them extra sight maybe?

Versailles: this might be a tech that unlocks some limitations eg. Unlock all tank types that are advanced.

Versailles Agree
Tactical Radio Sight is ok. But if we make it power when adjacent with each other, we can simulate blitzkrieg tactic.

I think that Samuelch idea of tatical radio is better. Good radio contetcion is really important in tatics,and if its about mobile tactis that were used by Germans,its a key. Germans have really good radio contetcion. Radio was one of things that make "Blitzkierg" passible.

I got one more advantage for Soviet Union.
-Withstand to General Frost (General Frost is another name of Russia Winter in WWI)= more immune to the snow object effect (you can see snow object in others)

i am afraid it will complicate things - what about simply representing this in the "stats" of tanks? i mean better tanks in some way.

How about commander tank unit? Acts like the Roman Centurion in AoS but also increase speed by 1.

Great Britain
Advantage:
-Commonwealth Military Support:Can get many infantry types from many different commonwealth nations (each with different characteristic, can make flexible strategy)
-Commonwealth Aids: All tcs can produce money lender for the cost of 1 turn only. Money lender will decrease current production cost by -1. (take a turn from other tcs to boost a more important project)
-Well Prepared Royal Navy: All ships can mend itselves instead of taking action. Gets the unique repair ship unit. (as ability for every ships)
DIsadvantage:
-any idea?

The takeover of France was a pretty big disadvantage to them. Perhaps making buildings more feeble than the rest?

...To represent how hard it was for them to get a hold of the rest of Europe without support from France.

they will eventually, but i suggest starting with the current (we will never get to the end if do not focus on current ones to be finished) - JP nation can easily be put in by a "low level designer" anytime.

American: Lend Lease = after research you can sell your technical non-naval units to your soviet allies for speeding up the process of creating new units (can't speed up researches), sold technical units dissapear from you and then appear several turns after near the nearest soviet allies sea town. if there is no sea town, then ability is unavalible. You can sell only units with full hp and only in your shipyards.

Weakness: Slackness = decreased buildings and technical non-naval units sight range. decreased attack range. (can be nullified via research)

1. for every TC or total?
2. a little modification - these soviet factories once per game (every factory) can be redislocated (they turn into movable unit with lifetime of 2-5 turns and speed of 5-6, can't be picked up by railroads or other transports)

How dose this sound, Germans higher build rate because of all their building projects, the Japanese get better armor for ships because they had the strongest navy at this time, the British get faster moment for infantry because they retreated a lot! And the Americans I think should get higher hp because most american guys were always being tried by the elements and bad command. lol

1. Soviets had better buildnig speed for Fabrics/tanks/airplanes than Nazi.
2. British at the beginning of the WW2 had MOST powerful Navy in the world. And britain wasn't only that little island - it was also India, Africa (several colonies)
3. Americans had actually one of the best AIr forces at the beginning of the WW2 and second best Navy. But their land forces weren't good. Thier tanks at the end of WW2 had less armor than T-34 and German medium tanks.
4. Japan Had actually one of the best and fastetst infantry. But moderate at other aspects.
5. German had just most powerful army at the beginning of WW2 with a huge amount of tanks before. Their tanks were better that france ones and british and on pair with soviet ones (which were at the beginning of the WW2).

most of which you wrote is true. The British had a strong navy but the Germans had the u-boats which totally destroyed countless ships and the Japaneses had a fast infantry to be sure but the Germans still should have a build bonus because they built many big structure, bunkers of Normandy, and actually the Americans didn't have a good air force at the begging. So the final rendering is...

Germans get better building rights
Japaneses get faster infantry
Americans get higher hp for infentry
British get stronger navy and or the Germans
The USSR gets better armor for tanks
