They have fought with Italians at the near beginning of WW2. They were successful in pushing back Italian forces twice, but only Twice. After that they were just plain Annihilated by Axis Forces.

However Axis Forces had to pull back from Greek due to the Soviet threat, that could split the countries apart.

Greeks managed to defend their land against the italians and successfully pushed them back, capturing some of albania's land. They surrendered when the germans arrived though, without giving that much of a fight.

Remember Greeks Prime minster was Taken Hostage by Germans in 1941 March when German Strom Troopers(Paratroops) have landed on Athens they have taken most of Government Officials have been taken Hostage and Greek Army in Athens was not able to fight then Government Surrender to Germans but after Surrender Greece Government Somehow Escaped from Greece to Egypt To continue the war Remember 670 Greeks Soldiers Were also somehow were Transport from Greece to Egypt Hitler never have Interest in Greece but Problem was that the British Will use Greece to start Bombing of Germany but Germany was not the target Hitler Knows this too he know that British want to Destroy Romanian Oil Field which was Providing Germans Tons of Fuel for its Panzer and also for its Mechanicsd Units So he attack Greece and also Take Island of Creata which was under allies Control By Using stormtroopers Again with Operation Mercury he take Creata Island and finally Secure his Oil Supply
