Introduction

Here we discuss the starwars version of the game.
It is not ready and not properly balanced yet.
It is ugly in the menu, and based on the Aoge of strategy design.

Balint will help in finalizing the game, give him any suggestions, he will start moderating the forum.

The game is not published yet, since it is not ready, however the current version can be download it from here:
http://www.androidutils.com/apk/s.apk

There is not even a list of proprties of the units yet, you must download the game and build the units and check the unit stats.

Here is a few pictures about 64x64 look

i think we should move to 64px direction.
- also on infantry, we should make them such.
- also i think we should start with the space fighters, and when they are balanced and ready later bring in the ground units (naturally we must take into account the ground units (balance them to the spce fighters) so we can easily bring them in

Now that this game will take the 64x64 approach should this mean that space fighter vehicles are required to be in squadrons? If so, I will use these images in place of the singular large fighter images.

Well for the figters vehicles I would say yes for squadrons.

it is up to you, but i like the squadron ide as they look cool :)

I have to agree, fighter ships would be much too small to either fill up a tile, or fight on their own. I'll try to keep some transport ships or shuttles as singular units just in case people want to use them in adventure campaign maps.

Did I forget to respond?

Thought I replied with no, because it's untrue now.

Anyway, just checked dev version link, seems to crash on boot. Should I send latest package to fix it asap? It's got the new UI images and terrains. Problem is, it's untested because I can't test without access to the start-up menu and extra.

you mean you still have no permission? if so i go try again.

new dev version: it will cost more than 1 hour (i need to port it also to the latest version, in AndroidStudio) so i can do it if you say you are about to continue Sw alternative.

can u please try forum posting again? (i tried to set permissions - i kwould love someone who is pro in this phpbb permissioning would save much time lol :))

for making new version i will need the new assetpack you have (with 64px units and such)
