New AI role - new hard AI

So a simpler easier way to make aI harder is a new role.
It'll be exactly the same a cheap units role but this version is with powerful units.
If it can't be like cheap units can atleast keep concept and have something similar trigger the role.
( honestly the roles for units for AI to trigger to use are random even with me putting unit in correct place )

actally it is not easy to make separate AI, also not even "configurable" the AI, thee current options only a small fraction of how AI work.
so we can come back to this question whyn ww2 is published
