AI utilizing dead

AI for the undead need a way to rise the dead because well that's pretty much they're up most unique feature.
Not sure how tbh, I'm thinking if their is a certain of number of corpses within that unit range it will trigger AI to use animation spell?

I think the spell has to be priority, so the AI can cast it.
Wise, Might, Loyalty. Forever stands Warfell.
