Buidlings' images redesign request

I and @Alexander82 were discussing images of buildings and we agreed that some of them need more love.

So here is current list of buildings if their images will be changed the game will benefit greatly:

Ready images:

Supply the images and I'll get to them after I'm done with the Necropolis.

(Docks and a few others I could do from scratch, dwarves ones I already have.)

Also I agree about the barracks it needs urgently an upgrade

these are some very old concepts (probably like 5 yearrs old) when I started making images for AoS

they look ugly but if you like the concept I might try improving them

It is already much better. I wanted to try making it mosre similar to a real mountain (so more conical, maybe taller but thinner in the upper part)

I know that's too awesome for the game but here's my suggestion

Why not design it instead of medieval inspired to romanic inspired buildings. Since this is a fantasy game, making look clean like the Roman design will make it more fantasy like. I know medieval design is more realistic for other but since it's a fantasy game... Why not?...

Rome is having a potential mega in AoS. Fantasy still follows rules, it's not just let's give them this because why the crap not. I'd rather not have a roman castle in place of AoF's castle. Instead they should either be themed after the units they produce. Like imperials and drake riders.

Hmmm... Okay seems fair

Still, just don't make the buildings look dirty like some medieval concepts that they say makes it look more realistic. I think just making it look clean and all would fit more here since we have magic and stuff.

Also I still see the castle to be a but blurry...

I actually like the first one better. . . Has the look of a REAL castle.

So, maybe base final off of 1st.

Well, I was thinking about going back to the first castle and just reskin it to a similar design as the imperials. I planned for an upgrade to the castle that would be a palace. I also planned an upgrade for the volcano which would be a super volcano, I can't think of a means to upgrade others (some can't get upgrades e.g. Elves and scaledfolk, unless they are just upgrades to their stats or new abilities which I have figured out) Necroplis and Kingdom under the mountain I might do the same as elves and scaledfolk in that they could have stats upgrades. The reason humans and orcs would have a new building form is because the images would have to be updated to go along with some of the things and abilities that go with it e.g. Orcs super volcano would come with a lava moat, some unique abilities, (2 of) humans palace would come with a moat, trebuchet's, burning oil couldrens, and some other abilities. I will discuss it it later on how I saw the structure of the ideas worked when I'm done with the redesign.

I dunno, super volcanoes are just naturally an area of crust enclosing high amounts of pressure from the mantle. They just look like holes in the ground (waiting to cause several winters in North America) with nothing special surrounding it like mountains..

Do not tell me there are other types of super volcanoes that don't look similar to Yellowstone.

Ya, your right maybe we can call it a volcanic ridge, volcano cluster, Volcanic conclave (Since it is a meeting place of multiple races), or kingdom under the volcano :lol: (dwarves mountain blew its top :lol: ).
