Ok, figured out that was power rng. But in all honesty Is rather see a lot of other units and techs I see ready to be implemented to in first before my guy because thoss are the ones I can use and build not forumers. So if my guy is so difficult to be put in with spells and stats and other stuff like the summon, then don't bother adding him or you'll hold up the update even more so just for one unit, and that's not worth it.

Abilities:
Frenzy: rng:1 refer to Gnoll topic first page for details.
I suggest for your hero lower damage to 1, lower attack range (if you have that) to 4 but add 2nd action and your main damage will be magic missle.

Also i suggest for you to remove lighting weapon ability. Instead add passive on-hit slowing 1 effect and power range 1. And for that you can use your attack. (This way you can apply up to 5 units slowing 1 via your attack and damage them for 1 point)

Also increase speed to 3.

How i think your stats must be:
Savra
Hp - 45
Attack - 1, passive slowing 1 weapon
Range - 4
Power range - 1 (this is aoe damage)
Actions/turn - 2
Armor - 2/2
Dodges - 15%/15%/100%
Speed - 3
Sight - 8 (can see invinsible)
Spell range - 6
Spell resist - 100%
Abilities:
Magic missle - normal, range - 6
Thunderstorm - same as elf wizard's one, but requires no upgrade.
Summon Gnoll Guard - melee range, cooldown - 4 turns.

Gnoll Guard:
Hp - 45
Attack - 18
Range - 1
Power range - 1
Armor - 2/3
Speed - 3
Sight - 5
Spell resist - 10%
Standart bonus to buildings.
Abilities:
Frenzy - adds +1 damage to all friendly gnolls in melee (1) range, stackable.
I removed for now Frenzy from gnoll because i didn't find description what it does. Does it adds +30 damage at cost of -30/-30 armor? Or it adds +actions at cost of speed? What it does?

Also i increased stats for gnoll and lowered summon cooldown for it.

I must say that many heroes can kill him still.
I can in range (he has no good healing, only 25 hp ones per 6 turns).

Power range 4 on orc shaman is a bug.

The frenzy affects allies that are gnolls. But we might omit that until the hostile neutral Gnolls get added. It would be like highborn training only Gnolls are only affected. Btw Gnolls are supposed to be fast and
powerful but the hp and armour could be lacking. Why do I have attack 1? That should be raised since I only have 3 spells for a mage.

A typical mages melee attack with a staff is an area attack that is meant to blow enemy's back not necessarily weak either. At least 6 damage would be fine since aoe doesn't seem to do much in my perspective.

I know. But what range of that effect? 1 tile? 3? 27? 9999 (whole map)? Depending on this i will answer to you is it op or not. Highborn aura right now is op and broken.

As for your hero - 1. I forgot to add in stats 2 actions/turn (my bad, fixed); 2. Your hero has magic missle spell that deals 10 raw damage regardless of enemy armors. And 2 actions.

Also basic attack of normal unit (doesn't matter mage is it or not) with staff is 1 tile. That only target you are attacking.
I changed your hero stats so basic attack is for applying slowing to packed groups of enemies while your main damage is magic missle.

Think about your basic attack, @Savra, as your fourth, slowing 1 aoe spell.
You are throwing your pial with bloody glue to enemy with your main attack that on hit slows enemy. It ignores spell resist at all but units with dodge ranged can dodge this attack and won't be slowed.

Frenzy is range 1 and that's it. I'll change any units frenzy range that is higher then that in Gnolls topic to 1 as well.

I think gnoll guard must have a bit higher armor and hp at cost of speed. It is guard after all and must protect with its body its summon master.

We can explain this as "it is bound with magic to its master and infused with his master's energies. And because it became more healthy and powerful and its armor gain some protection enchantments. But because of its bigger body he became a bit slower than other part of gnoll pride"

Sorry was busy, the Gnoll having enchanted equipment was correct but he's the same size as the other Gnoll champions since I had their template. But I guess I can agree with you here.

Btw how about giving the Gnoll Guardians the maul ability? It's going to be given to the gnoll heavy units because the Gnoll brute is still being figured out... By me that is for now.
Maul - does 8 dmg and regenerate 4 hp.

I thought the maul ability would add more flavor to them. It would have same cool as the orcs poison weapon.

1. Maul is not exclusive to gnolls only.
Dwarves, humans, orcs, undeads can use this as well.
2. It is strange for maul ability to deal damage and regenerade hp at the same time.
3. Better will fit for gnolls howl ability: nearby enemy in range 2 from unit will loose -1 attack and nearby gnoll ally will gain +1 attack, both effects will last 2 turns. Stackable, cooldown - 2 turns.

I meant with their teeth, like a animal mauls it's prey. Gnolls are known to maul their enemys on occasions.

Deals 8 damage that is reduced by melee armor.
But no healing.
