Video Ad don't work ANSWERED

Hi, i wanted to buy the new upgrade for the castle, i miss one gem so I tried to get it with video ad but it didn't start because "there are no video available", and this happen until now. Is it normal or is a bug? (Sorry for my bad English)

no bug, the video provider might not have video ad in your area - sorry.
