Extract to single player

Ever been in a hard fought multiplayer game, start to win, and then, just as you begin the challenging task of assaulting your opponent's extensive defenses, they resign? One can hardly blame anyone for withdrawing at that point, but sometimes it would be nice to play such a game to the end. For this reason, I would like to be able to take a finished multiplayer game and continue​ it in single player, once the game over message has been displayed.

Given the option...... to play or resign (win) without the penalty....
