That upgrade doesn't affect longbowmen or poison archers, correct?
It's better to keep your mouth shut and let people wonder if you're a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...

No, just turns normal archers to crossbowmen. The upgrade techs from the blacksmith do affect all archers though.
